Abstract

Pulau Pasaran merupakan salah satu sentra pengolahan ikan terbesar di Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam kegiatan pengolahan ikan melibatkan masyarakat baik perempuan ataupun laki-laki, sehingga dampak yang diberikan cukup besar terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Pulau Pasaran dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh alokasi waktu kerja terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga buruh pengasin ikan di Pulau Pasaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Jumlah responden yaitu 100 orang yang diambil menggunkan metode simple random sampling. Dari hassil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan rumah tangga buruh pengasin ikan yaitu dari segi umur dan tingkat pendidikan. Rata-rata jumlah tanggungan keluarga memiliki 4 orang anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis alokasi kerja suami istri untuk kegiatan produktif menunjukkan bahwa alokasi kerja isteri yaitu 7, 09 jam (29,5%) pada usaha pengasin ikan lebih besar dibandingkan suami yaitu 1,12 jam (4,67%). Kegiatan produktif non perikanan atau diluar pengasin ikan menunjukkan alokasi kerja suami sebesar 6,71 jam (28%) persen lebih besar dibandingkan isteri yaitu 1,74 (7,25%). Hal ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara variabel alokasi waktu kerja dan jumlah tanggungan responden suami terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga buruh pengasin ikan di Pulau Pasaran. Adanya pengaruh antara variabel alokasi waktu kerja, jumlah tanggungan, pendidikan responden isteri terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga buruh pengasin ikan.

Pulau Pasaran, there are activities in the field of fisheries that involve women and men. The fish processing activity is a great opportunity to increase income. The purpose of this study was to analyze the allocation of working time, the level of income and the factors that influence it, as well as to analyze the gender of household fish salting workers in Pasaran Island. The research used a survey method. The number of respondents was 100 people who were taken by simple random sampling method. The results showed that the factors affecting household income of fish salting workers were age, dominated by productive age, education level of elementary, junior high and high school. The average number of dependents has 4 children. Based on the analysis of husband and wife work allocation for productive activities, it shows that the wife's work allocation is 7.09 hours (29.5%) in the fish salting business is greater than the husband's, namely 1.12 hours (4.67%). Non fishery productive activities or outside fish salting, it shows that the husband's work allocation is 6.71 hours (28%), greater than the wife's, 1.74 (7.25%). In this case it shows the influence between the work time allocation variable and the number of dependents of the husband's respondent on The household income of fish salting workers on the island of Pasaran and the influence of the variables of working time allocation, number of dependents, and education of the wife's respondents on the household income of fish salting workers.
